Terms and Conditions

Bookings- To book please contact by telephone, text, WhatsApp or email. Appointments are confirmed only after a non refundable deposit of £10 has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. Deposit -A £10 non-refundable deposit is to be paid which comes off your treatment price (example only £10 non refundable deposit taken, treatment total is £60. £50 left to be paid on the day by cash or card) Cancellation/rescheduling-  If an appointment is cancelled with only 48 hours notice, the £10 non-refundable deposit cannot be moved/refunded to any cancelled or reschedule appointments. This is due to lose within the business. If the therapist has to cancel the appointment due to illness/or personal reason, we can reschedule or refund the deposit. All appointments can be rescheduled but not with 48 hours notice of the booked appointment, this will be a cancelled appointment. We will honour our appointments where possible but cancellation or termination of the session can happen for the following reason stated below* and the deposit of £10 will not be refunded... *Zero tolerance to inappropriate or sexual behaviour, harassment, abuse or disrespect. *Under the influence of alcohol. *Enforcements may be contacted if necessary. *There is a health contra-indications that prevents the treatment from being carried out safely. In these cases, we may adapt the treatment where possible, reschedule until GP letter is receive to authorise treatment or we will cancel if it cannot be done safely.  ​ Thank you for understanding - these steps make sure I can bring you a safe, professional and relaxing treatment to you at your home.
